PRICING

Priced per route, quoted per market.

Operator tariffs move with every national rate review. Instead of a blended price list, we look at your country mix and sign an operator-backed rate sheet, valid for 30 to 90 days.

How billing works

Reconciled down to the operator record

Invoiced in your currency

GBP, EUR or USD. UK bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or international SWIFT.

Every line matches a record

Monthly invoices reconcile against carrier CDRs, broken down per destination and sub-account.

Deposit, then credit terms

New connections start with a deposit or 30-day prepayment, then move to Net 30 or Net 60.

Frequently asked questions

How do Elmetry direct routes differ from traditional aggregators?
Traditional aggregators dynamically resell whatever route is cheapest that morning — often multi-hop transit or unverified SIM farms where Sender IDs are rewritten to random numbers or dropped by operator firewalls. Elmetry holds direct SS7/SMPP binds with Tier-1 carriers. Your messages travel 1-hop, Sender IDs remain unaltered, and delivery receipts come directly from the operator, not an aggregator guess.
What is pre-send Sender ID and landing URL classification telemetry?
Before dispatching a campaign, Elmetry queries the active classification feeds and carrier firewall heuristics that telecom operators use to detect spam and smishing. If your Sender ID lacks registry whitelist status or a landing page redirect triggers risk scores, we return the classification mark after you poll the check to a terminal status — typically seconds, up to a few minutes under load — so you can fix issues before incurring carrier fines or silent message drops.
How does the Voice OTP fallback mechanism operate?
When an SMS OTP is dispatched on high priority, our routing engine monitors the live DLR receipt. If the handset does not acknowledge delivery within your configured threshold (e.g. 8 seconds), the engine immediately triggers an automated Voice OTP TTS call over our Tier-1 voice interconnect, speaking the passcode clearly in the user's local language.
Can we migrate from our current SMS provider without downtime?
Yes. SMPP v3.4 integrations move by changing the host and bind credentials. REST integrations move to our HTTPS API, and we run the old and new routes side by side during cut-over so traffic can shift market by market.
Where is customer data stored and how is GDPR handled?
Elmetry runs on servers in the United Kingdom. For the numbers, Sender IDs, URLs and content you submit you are the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR Article 28; our Data Processing Agreement sets out retention, transfers and deletion at the end of the contract, and our sub-processor list lists the providers involved. How we handle account holders' own data is in our privacy notice.
How do you quote and bill enterprise traffic?
We work exclusively with enterprise customers and telecommunications operators. We do not publish retail price tags. Pricing is issued on bespoke rate cards based on your destination country mix, monthly volume commitments, and required TPS throughput, all backed by enforceable SLAs.
